Registration:
All residents need to register in the office upon arrival. Please register any guests and/or pets at that time.

Rates

All Sites are full hook-ups (water, sewer, & Electric 30A or 50A)
*Add 9.4% for nightly and weekly rates, no tax on monthly's.
*All monthly's pay a $50.00 electrical deposit, to be returned at check out.
**Note: 50% discount (CampClub USA, Passport America, Coast to Coast) pay electric at $0.06/KWH.

Additional Persons:  10 years old and older  $3/night,  $15/week, $60/month

If office is closed put Check or Cash in Envelope (provided at front office door) in the Mail slot in the Front Door.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, traveler's checks, personal checks, money orders and cash. All fees are payable in advance and posted in the office.  Rates are for 2 people.  Each additional person over 10 years old is an extra $3/night, $15/week or $50/month.  If fees are more than 2 days past due, daily fees will be billed and are due.  In the event your fees are 5  days behind, you agree that your RV and/or vehicles may be towed by personnel of Goldfield RV Park. or its agents, and impounded until all fees and expenses of towing and impoundment are paid in full.  So please make arrangements for special situations.

Parking:
Vehicles are to be parked only on your assigned site. Vehicles not parked on an assigned site are to be parked in spaces designated by the manager and there may be a charge of $5/night.  Please do not park on empty or adjoining sites.

Guest's Responsibilities:
We want to keep our RV sites and cabins neat and clutter free. Also, we want each guest's privacy and stay to be pleasant. Please respect others by keeping down noise levels. Please keep inside furniture and appliances inside your RV. Servicing, making major repairs and washing vehicles, putting up clotheslines, fences and operating generators are not allowed. Alcohol consumption is to be confined to your site. Smoking is allowed everywhere except in the cabins and office, laundry room and bathhouse. Outdoor grills and camp stoves are OK, but open campfires are not allowed. Wastewater needs to be disposed of in sewers or the dump station. For winter stay, guests need to properly put heat tape on water supply and sewer hoses to be situated so they drain completely.

Children:
Parents are responsible for actions of their children, including financial liability for damage caused to either park facilities or to property of other guests.

Pets:
One small animal is welcome. Additional animals need to be approved by the manager. Please keep pets on a leash. If you leave the property, leave pets inside the RV. We ask that pets be kept outside the office, the laundry room and the bathrooms. Please clean up after your pet. A designated area for pets is provided with plastic bags and a waste receptacle. A fee may be charged if animal waste or other trash has to be picked up by Goldfield personnel

Telephone, Cable TV and Wireless Internet, WiFi:
Private telephone lines are available on certain sites. Cable television is available at most sites. Wireless internet is available throughout the RV Park, as an available option.

Propane:
Propane is available from a nearby business. Check with office for directions.

Guest Mail and Messages:
Messages will be posted on a bulletin board in the office. Management will attempt to deliver emergency messages. Mail, newspapers and packages may be picked up during regular office hours. Fax/copy services are available.

Security:
There are managers on site day and night. They need to be contacted in case of an emergency. If your situation is not an emergency, please contact managers during office hours. Bathroom doors have security locks.

DVDs, Books, Videos and Maps:
A family oriented library is available to residents and guests. Also an extensive collection of information on activities and events that take place in the Pikes Peak region are kept up to date and available to make your stay more pleasant.

Goldfield RV Park and Campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for losses caused by accident, injury, act of nature, theft, loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
